Wallingford Partnership Ltd has launched a new website for Wallingford and the surrounding villages of Benson, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, Cholsey, Crowmarsh Gifford, Dorchester-on-Thames, Ewelme, Shillingford, South Stoke and Warborough. This aims to be the portal of choice for residents and visitors searching for information about the area.
This web-site project was part funded by South Oxfordshire District Council and South East England development Agency.
The website can support a wide array of rich content and has excellent capability to deliver a valuable resource in support of the area.
Why not send us a 100 word article and a picture or image of your event or news article and we can include in the events calendar (if appropriate) and put an article on the home page under news as your event date nears. Simply email us at admin@wallingford.co.uk with your contribution
There are also commerical opportunities to advertise your products or business via adverts or micro websites to promote your business. Voluntary and not-for-profit clubs and organisations can promote their causes for free.
Wallingford Partnership Ltd is a not for profit organisation comprised of representatives of local businesses, public bodies and independent volunteers established to deliver a variety of projects to improve the area which were created as a result of consultation with local residents over recent years. Any donations or revenues from commercial activities will be reinvested in community projects. Why not get involved and contribute to the development of the unique Walingford experience? It is intended that this website will replace the existing town council web-site in due course, which is consistent with one of the views expressed at the Town Council Annual Meeting. The existing content is already largely replicated, with lots more exciting content to come soon
